Do not order from this company. Worst experience ever. The customer service rep I dealt with were rude and insulting. All i want to do is return gown and get a refund and they dont want to give me a refund. Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from Hebeos. Do not listen to the customer service representative as they are deceitful and worthless. My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them.

Do not buy from this company, they have bad customer service and will not except returns. They make you take picture after picture.

Customer service is worthless. Daughter ordered off white they sent peach. I told them my daughter was in tears. They didn't care Customer service rep said, "Thanks for your mail but the dress received looks really nice and it is the same color as the model wears in real life Regards sandra." So in other words too bad so sad. Now I can't get customer service to respond.

Don't do it they will take your money, and never send your dress. Rip offs. No matter what they say I am waiting on my wedding dress from Feb. 24th today is March 28th, and my wedding is april 7th I was promised this dress ma4ch 21st. I haven't received shit yet.
