PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! I ORDERED A WEDDING DRESS FROM THEM ON JAN. 19,2018, AND THE DRESS I RECEIVED WAS CLEARLY NOT THE DRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY. I'M TRYING TO UP LOAD THE PICTURES BUT IT WON'T LET ME. I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND ON APRIL 10,2018, AND THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE I DID A CLAIM AGAINST THEM THRU PAYPAL. THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME BACK ONE CENT. INFACT, THEY STOP COMMUNICATING WITH ME ALL TOGETHER. PLEASE DON'T DO IT. THANK GID FOR PAYPAL BUT THE PROCESS WAS STILL NOT WORTH IT. I WAS STILL OUT OFF $72 JUST TO SEND THE DRESS BACK TO THEM WITCH IS IN CHINA. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE. SAD... KEEP YOUR MONEY.

My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them.

No they aren't as advertised and then you can't return them! Stay away!

No be very careful buying from this site. I ordered my daughters prom dress when ot arrived it was too small and looked nothing like the dress advertised. This was over 1 month ago still no returns and refuse a refund

Don't do it, get your dress from a more reputable company. It's your wedding, trust me you don't need any added stress.

Do not order from this place scam. I still haven't received my daughter's dress and it's been almost a month.

Don't do it! They will never send the dress. I ordered on Feb 24 2018 today is March 28th. And my wedding is april 7th. They promised me my dress on March 21st. I sent emails and live chat, freaking rip offs. Find some other website with a phone number where you can talk to a live person.
