They first send you to a robot and then an outsourced person in India I believe. There is no communication between drivers and the customer service so it's unhepful

Not easy at all horrible customer service and response

Lol they have customer service? Could have fooled me

Impossible. Everything is automated boilerplate responses. Don't waste your time.

Over phone yes, but they really don't do much other than answering the phone and apologizing that the Dasher didn't do there job.its a joke

It is pretty easy. At the bottom of their web site page is a help button.

I worked for Doordash for about 8 months and rarely had an issue with getting a hold of support until about the last two months (July and August 2022) when for about two weeks I couldn't get anyone except replied to my chat messages after exiting the screen. Then I would see it flash across the top of my phone a message saying "are we still connected?". Even got one message when trying to report an issue with a pickup that was telling me they was sorry to hear I had a vehicle accident. I hadn't had a wreck or reported one.

Until your order delivery expires there is no customer service unless you report a "Safety Issue." Selecting your order and tapping "Help" when order is late gives you a message that DD is busy but working to complete your order. You have to Google for a customer service number and then expect to wait a very long time.

Very difficult to speak with anyone in that company. All useless!

Once you connect with a rep, they often leave you waiting on hold to "check their resources," only to come back an hour later empty handed. There is no resolution to any discrepancy.
