If I pay for shipping back (return), does DB refund me the entire amount of my order? Or only the items? Does DB keep the amount they paid to ship to

It depends on the reason for the return. If you are returning the order because you no longer want it, then shipping is not refunded. If the item is being returned because the wrong item was sent due to error on our part, or it was was damaged /defective upon receipt, then shipping is refunded as well.
