Scam. They purposely downgrade the condition of the phone and have heard from many people they'll even scratch or ruin your LED so they can send picture proof to you that it's lesser quality.

I sent them a red iphone 8 plus and they said i sent them a peachy colored phone iphone 8. Shame on them. To me that is a scam. My phone is in perfect condition so now they can sell it for good money. Stay away from this company.
