To answer your question, we are legit! We do not damage devices, that's clearly an illegal business practice and we have no interest in operating that way. Additionally, we verify and test every order. If the testing results are the same, higher, or lower we will always give you an email update on the order. If it's a lower offer, we reach out to see how you would like to proceed and can always get an order sent back free of charge. Answer:
Hi Adam! We don't purchase locked devices, if one is sent in we'll send instructions on how to remove it remotely. If it can't be done, we can recycle the device or send it back free of charge. Some buyback companies may purchase locked devices, we don't know which ones. Thank you!
