Ovo je sramota! Kao prvo, već danima stranica Zooplusa za kontakte ne dozvoljava slanje poruke i stalno ju odbija. Kako radim u njihovo radno vrijeme, ne mogu ih zvati i ne postoji način da se dopre do Zooplusa u Hrvatskoj. Na svoju posljednju narudžba sam čekao na dostavu - jedanaest dana. Paket je u regionalnom centru DPDa proveo tjedan dana, a da ga nisu bili u stanju isporučiti na kuću. Iako sam ih danima zvao, kao i jednom Zooplus, s obje strane mi je obećana dostava najkasnije do sedmog dana. Isporuka je bila jedanaestog. Stoga zbog dostave više od NEĆU naručivati Zooplus. Bio sam prisiljen kupovati skupe pojedinačne pakete hrane za 3 mačke i psa kroz tih 11 dana, čime je po cijeni narudžba postala najskuplja ikad. Veoma sam razočaran ovim iskustvom, dodatno zato što se nemoguće obratiti kompaniji. Konkurencija ispada bitno jeftinija.

Tried to hook me on monthly automatic orders evwn though I never agreed to it. Then when I called to point to it they were adamant it was me and I know I never asked for this service. Shady practices. Rude customer service agents. Stay away.

Satisfied customer since 2013 for my cats.
Less expensive on products sold at veterinarians.
I have always been delivered the day after the order (placed before noon)
Be careful though because some products are more expensive than in supermarkets

This is a EU based site has a large range of pet products including food, beds, toys etc.
I have bought a variety of things for my dog on different occasions and have been satisfied with the shipping speed, prices and overall quality of the items.
They provide free shipping for orders over a certain amount (varies per country) and it isn't hard to find things to fill up your basket since there are a lot of great offers available.
They also allow you to collect points on your purchases and then exchange those points for a free product to be added to your delivery.
I recommend this site for any pet owner in Europe.

Every day I eat dog food because it's cheaper and my ex wife took all my money when we got divorced. Jokes on her because I found the bargain!

Zooplus makes great discounts and I quite like the fact that all my orders come to my door with no post fees. So I just stack up my cat's food for half a year each time in cans and dry foods both. There are also great deals in animal snacks and toys, one thing I'd like to see is the same variety applied to litters, there seem to be no crumbling wooden pellets still.

After trying several pet food suppliers we were happy to find zooplus.com as we need specific food for our sensitive british bulldog and they provid it at interesting prices.
We use their service for now 2 years and we were never disapointed, even when i made a mistake after our moving (wrong adress, my fault) they resent us the order with no additional cost.
They send all over Europe i presume ( zooplus.co.uk for GB locals)
