We purchased a wicker bench/chest that was defined by the seller as "used-mint" After we purchased it! They then felt that justified sending us a damaged item (wicker torn in two areas with hardware missing (all hardware floating loose in the box with a wide open corner) making it impossible to assemble! They made us first send photos, we did! Then they said they couldn't receive photos in the body of an email so we resent attachments. Then they asked us to do the same with our purchase order,,, over three hours invested in this injustice! They then said they couldn't help us because it was listed as "used"! They refused to comment on the "mint" condition part! This company is fraudulently using Amazon, Wayfair and other reputable on-line companies to mislead and rip off customers!

I purchased a gazebo 2 years ago. A hailstorm came through and damaged the hardtop with about 70 plus holes. The reason I purchased a hardtop was to withstand the elements based on description prior to buying.Customer Service told me that they would give me $50.00 as a goodwill gesture. I paid almost $800.00. Also, I was informed the gazebo I purchased was discontinued. Anything not to make things right and fair for the customer. BUYER BEWARE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is not BBB accredited... This is a tell tell sign that I missed and kicking myself in the butt.

We purchased a GREENHOUSE from this company via Amazon. Received it early June 2025 with a part missing to one of the DOORS. After FINALLY receiving a response from the company, they offered us $50 to go find the very specific part elsewhere! They even suggested we contact ANOTHER manufacturer for the part. Absolutely wild. Not sure what we are supposed to now do with a $500 greenhouse that is partially put together….
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Avoid the YitaHome brand. After a few months the framework attaching the back support literally brakes the welds,, and the frame work is made from what appears to be scrap pieces of cheap pot metal poorly welded together,.,, I know, Iknow you get what you pay for they are a cheap arse company but i didnt buy it, it was a gift. The only decent thing on the chair is the arm rests and the wheel base, The seat cushions flatten out fairly quickly too, and i only weigh 180lbs at 6'6",, LOL. So save your money for something worth getting!

Bought a set of 2 metal raised gardens. Paint was cracked. Sent them pictures and they offered a small refund. I accepted since I had put them together. My bank card was hacked after I placed the order. They keep telling me that they issued the refund and showed me their paperwork to show that. I check my bank account daily and the money never got to my account. I asked them to mail a check or I could give them my new card number. They will not do either. They offered to give me a break on a future order which I will not do since their customer service after the sale is not very good. Buyers beware.
They figured out a way to get me the refund. I have to give them credit. They came through and did the right thing.

Okay so December 12th 2023 we ordered a 10x30x6 and 1/2 ft greenhouse supposed to be upgraded heavy duty thick steel way above the competitors I mean it was a big old spill the item was listed at 600 bucks since I pre-ordered it and waited two or three months they said they would give it to me for 230 bucks but it didn't get here in January we asked him where it was at they told us it was coming from overseas and then from overseas it came down to California and then in California got shipped up here mind you this company is supposedly is doing business in Kent Washington I looked this business up online they don't exist go to Washington State department of Labor and industries contractor lookup and you look up a business name and there is no such business name for this company it doesn't exist when we got the product all the bars were damaged and it wasn't from the UPS they're all damaged from overseas the thing is very thin can't even withstand 20 mph winds I live in central Washington we get 50 mile an hour winds definitely garbage definitely not worth a dollar definitely disappointing then they lied to us about supposedly giving us the upgraded one if you look at these pictures I'm going to send you and then go to their website and see what they have you'll find their fraudulent they are not selling what they say they are they're showing you pictures of some stuff and then selling you knock offs cheaper models it's a scam I will be reporting this company to the better Business bureau as well as to Washington State department of licensing tread with very careful caution when dealing with this company I think their reviews they created themselves in order to make them happy four point something star review because there's no way any of the service we've received is even worth one star these sites should let you leave a review with zero Stars. Look at the picture of the advertisement that I attached to this review it shows nice thick walled pipes right on the right side it shows their competitors thin garbage pipes that will bend and break and then look at the pictures I submitted of what I received it's fraudulent. Not to mention the bars came damaged all dented and everything so be very cautious and tread with light feet when dealing with this company they are not selling you quality stuff they're advertising one thing and selling you another.

I purchased a 3 drawer file cabinet from Amazon which was manufactured by Yita Home. During assembly I realized they sent me 4 left drawer roller brackets and 2 right ones when it should have been 3 left and 3 right. Called Yita Home and was told I had to take it up with Amazon. Amazon of course doesn't have the parts bc they didn't manufacture it! They suggested calling Yita back and if they won't replace the part missing for free for me to purchase and Amazon would reimburse me. Seemed like an easy enough solution but noooo. Yita said they don't replace any parts free or otherwise. This meant I had to unassemble what I had done and send back. Received new cabinet and guess what?! Parts (different parts than the first cabinet) are missing from this one also. I got much further in the assembly process but am at a standstill. Have to go to hardware store to try and find the fittings I need. My other choice is once again unassemble and return 🤬. I will never purchase another item associated with Yita. I mean what are the odds this happens twice.

Absolutely horrible place! I placed an order for a Vanity that was over 300$ and after weeks of waiting I call them to get an update on my order and was told there was an issue with the weight of my product and that I would receive a follow up in 24hrs. After waiting another 48 hours and no follow up at all I decided to call again. This time I was told that their system automatically canceled my order because my item is not in stock. They never reached out to me at all for any of this and I also never got the initial confirmation of my order at all. Do not trust these people they will send you in circles trying to keep your money for as long as they can telling you your item will be in stock soon so just wait. DO NOT WAIT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.

Placed a order through Klarna which has horrible customer service as well. I made my first payment then 2 weeks later before the next payment I paused my order because after 2 weeks I haven't received my order. Now yitahome says they don't know about my order number or anything about me. Just horrible customer service. After 20 days I'm still waiting. And I have to communicate to klarna and yitahome for each other and still help on getting my money back or fulfilling my order.

Waste of time. Crappy instructions.takes hours and hours to build. Flimsy. But all brands are as bad or worse. Impossible to return once it is out of the box.

I would give 0 stars if possible. These are great cheap products if you don't have an issue. If something goes wrong trying to contact them and get information for the replacement parts cost is not an option at all. Even trying to get in contact with them is so beyond hair pulling frustrating.

This was easy to assemble and great quality materials! Love the dark color and the metal seems very sturdy!

I have been using yitahome products for almost a year now and i love them. They're SO MUCH CHEAPER and the quality is superb.

I have a few yitahome products and I absolutely love them all! Great quality at a great price for theses products.

I got the 7 drawer storage chest from them and it is very nice great for hiding all my things, it was easy to assemble as well

I own several Yita Home products and I'm In love with each one of them. Specially our new ceiling fan, it's beautiful and powerful. Every product I have from them is of high quality and I don't have any complaints so far. Awesome company.

I had a problem with delivery on an item and YitaHome had very clear communication with me through getting things sorted out! The quality of the item I got was wonderful and serves many purposes all while looking absolutely beautiful in my home!
