I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled.
The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. I had contacted asking about wishlist capability to allow a third party to purchase items for me like an Amazon wishlist. Unfortunately not at this time however they were very attentive. Even stated they would pass along the suggestion as well as offered solutions through third party sites.

If I was dissatisfied with an item, I returned it. Returns are easy but are issued through store credit. As soon as your return is scanned by the postal, they immediately issue store credit. Pretty simple and quick. I had one issue regarding payment, and they went out of their way to fix it in a timely manner! They also have a point rewards system that I love to take advantage of. I'm going to make another order soon. Overall happy and satisfied customer.
