I received my first order from Xyzbeads and I am very happy with the entire transaction from using the website, checkout and payment, shipping speed, packaging, and product quality. I received a few extra items which was a pleasant surprise. No items were missing. The quality of the rings, ring blanks, and silicone molds for epoxy resin is great with the exception of 2 items - one didn't look exactly like the picture and the other was uncomfortable and a bit misshapen. Both items are still wearable and they were between $0.40 and $2.50 so I'm not really worried about returning them or getting my money back, but I'll make sure to order brass, stainless steel, or sterling silver in the future. Because I was skeptical of the super low prices, nothing I ordered was over $3 except for one package of 12 rings that I really wanted which was $8. Altogether I ordered 21 products, each containing multiple items per package, and I spent $43 broken down as follows: $31 product, $17 shipping, $5 off coupon. It took about a week to receive my items in a securely wrapped package. Shipping is expensive which is a bummer and goes up significantly with added product/weight. But I suppose it's offset by the low prices because I ordered the same items from Temu and Amazon for a lot more money and free shipping, and my money went further with Xyzbeads. One thing I would like to see them do is provide the gauge of the metal on the rings and blanks. That was a mystery and I really didn't know what I would get. Overall I'm super pleased with my items. I will definitely be placing another order.
