My original review gave this company 5 stars. The A/C has stopped working. After the poor responses I received yesterday, 29 July 2023, I am changing my star to one (1). I called three (3) times to discuss this issue with Courtney, the office manager, and she never returned my calls. The first person I talked to twice is a woman that seemed to have a hard time listening to what I was asking and all she wanted to do was set up a repair appointment. The second person I talked was a man, Trey(?). No call back! As a result, the A/C is not working and I am searching for a more dependable company that will respond to phones calls from potential customers.

I've noticed that most of my answers won't count, even if they are helpful. Whereas certain users can copy and paste the same answers to most questions, and those count. It seems there's only 2-4 alternating users allowed to win the top 3 prizes on this website. Even though most of the time, some of these users just answer to get their count up. These answers are not helpful, just a link to a website on google (which the asker probably already did a search before asking) Those type of answers shouldn't count at all because they aren't helpful... but they do count. Some answers that count also, 'take it to such and such', not helpful. It seems a bit rigged to me.
