Fantastic quality! I bought the full cover and I loved it so much that I needed a second rack and cover! The quality is unmatched in any of the other wood racks I have looked at! Timely deliver! Exactly what I needed! So nice that it is built well and actually holds LOGS!
I updated an older 'wood' style gas fireplace to rocks & flames and simply love it! One problem was the rocks kept sliding down the stainless steel insert so my husband installed some angle irons along the way. We did need to buy more rocks than what was recommended after this but now it's beautiful.

My custom fireplace screen is high quality and exactly what I wanted. I appreciated that I received a call confirming all the specs for the screen immediately after order. It's extremely well constructed. Less than 30 min. To assemble. Very strong. I got two 1/2 cord racks & keep them both on my back deck. The covers are tough and very durable. Very good purchase! Great Christmas presents for my sons...And they even came with beer couzees!

Bought a replacement set of logs which were delivered defective! The Customer Service Representative trouble shot the problem with the gas install company and authorized a replacement part, as well as a labor credit since the gas company needed to make another house call. The part came in as promised and we are now waiting to get it installed. Thank you!

The self feeding grate is sturdy and well designed.
The shipping box, though, is inadequate. There was no corner padding on the grate so it slid around inside the box and tore holes through the cardboard, causing some minor scuffing of the grating finish. It would not be hard for the packers to take an extra step to ensure these grates don't rip holes in the box, as others have also complained.
This is good feedback and you are right. You paid for quality and despite the fact that it will spend it's service life in a fire covered in ash and embers, it should show up looking great. The people who can fix this will see this, I promise.
