This was our 4th animal removal service to rid of raccoons in our attic. On the phone all was great with promises to catch our intruder. 3 other times before the companies tried the trap method and all failed, our raccoon was "trap shy". Even with our doubt that the traps would finally work, my husband an I trusted this company. 3 weeks of the traps on the roof nothing. They came to remove the traps and left! After 2 weeks I called to complain about the lack of communication. There was no concerns no questions no options nothing. It seemed that since this raccoon was trap shy and more difficult to catch, this company quit because it was not a usual capture. I am VERY disappointed with A. W. A. E.
