This site charges you for a plan then after they have info and you want to see it,they won't show you until you pay More money! Very deceiving! They just rip people off! Use a diff site...cheaper & you actually get your info
Signed up with my email address, now they say my account doesn't exist, yet it's STILL CHARGING ME. I made my account which was the premium version expecting to be able to cancel the subscription. Now, when it charges me, I can't find the details when i go into the transaction of the account (cashapp card) or even any information on how to call whitepages. It's ridiculous that they don't have any sort of customer service support. I have no idea what to do except keep my cashapp card completely empty so that it won't charge me. I'm sick of seeing the notifications pop up of it charging me.
I feel like there's literally nothing I can do!
Needed to locate old friend, to advise him on the death of a mutual friend. Paid the almost $12 one-time fee...and got two phone numbers...both landlines (although one marked as cell phone) and hence text couldn't be sent...and six email addresses...all of them not valid!
Worthless!
Paid for a one-time report. Oops, my bad, I wasn't paying attention, I needed more than one report. So I paid for 20 searches per month. First search came up but "show more" didn't work even though there was more content previously. Typed in the second search and all I got was a page trying to charge me AGAIN for a subscription. Total scam site. My fault for not just going back to BeenVerified to begin with. White Pages used to be my go-to site. Not anymore.
Subscribed to the premium on Whitepages and paid for the 20 look ups for a month and nothing but I have 19 look ups left. I didn't get my report. It says I have to pay almost $50 more for the report 🤬
They give old information. Says it's new but it in my case was 30 years old. They do not give you anything they offer at all. If I was to bump into the owner of white pages I would whip there $#*! and break there pockets on site for being this fraudulent.
Looking for a childhood friend, I found him, his wife and son on WhitePages. Call the 4 phone numbers I received from WhitePages as their "current" numbers. Not one of them worked. I paid S19.99 for two of those searches and 4.99 for one and $1.10 for another and for what? Zilch. Will be reporting them to the FTC as an Internet scam.
So, phone numbers, emails, these will all obviously be innacurate. Thats my experience. I did recently use this service to find a friend's address though. And it was correct! On the 1.99 trial! Friend had just moved there a few months back, so fairly recent information! My advice would be use this for addresses. Would suggest cross referencing with Zillow if needed.
I had unlimited searches under Whitepages/premium for around $9.95 a month going back 7 years. Then I lost my email account and needed to update the email. The account went unpaid due to an expired credit card and the messages were going to the defunct email. So when they shut me off completely and I tried to get it straightened out they would not reinstate my old plan and said I had to go with the new plan. I got a deal on a different people search software that gives a lot more information.
Answer: No. The brain dead knuckle dragging thieves who run that shithole of a site couldn't program their way out of a bag of dog-dookie. Idiots.
