Ordered jacket and was tracking through the link they gave me kept showing in transit I followed up and was told the tracking link changes! During the process the new link said that there had been 2 attempted deliveries - we received no card to day there had been or any communication- my husband works from home so is here all the time so there was no attempted delivery. The courier company said I need to drive 2 hours to their depo to pick up the package. They did not use the courier companies listed on their website like DHL or I would have the jacket. I contacted w jacket to say I was returning the jacket and wanted a refund as it was never delivered 16 emails later they have offered me a 1/3 refund for a jacket I paid to be delivered to my home and never got I have repeatedly asked the customer service agent for their managers details and they have refused to provide them. They do not have 100% refund policy.

What a Fantastic jacket, both in terms of craftmanship and fit it. I've been hunting for a jacket and they came. I am trilled with it.

I ordered a lettermans jacket for my 17 year old son from here in hopes that it would be good quality, as we couldn't afford to order the ones from the school as they were triple the price of webjacket.com, and I was AMAZED at the quality when we received it. It took about a month to get the jacket because we had it customized as well but it was well worth the wait! My son LOVED it and said that no one would ever know he didn't get it through the school. Thank you for making this memory possible and affordable for my son!

I ordered a Webjacket for my son-in-law before Christmas. I noticed that delivery date would not allow the item to be given at Christmas. However, the speedy processing and handling of our order had the jacket under our Tree Christmas eve.

I would also like to comment on the quality of the workmanship. When you order an item over the internet you are taking a risk that the item would not meet your expectations. This was not the case. The fit was perfect, The colours rich and exactly as hoped. We are definitely pleased.

I must also mention that we live in Germany and the International shipping was handled expertly.

I currently live in Canada and was interested in finding a letterman's jacket to purchase, and found WebJacket.com on through a Google search. I was able to order, design, and create exactly the jacket that I wanted and the item was shipped in a very timely manner. However, when I received the jacket I found that I should have ordered an 2XL Tall rather than an XL Tall, because the length was just a little too short in the sleeves. I emailed WebJacket.com and explained the situation to them. To my amazement, this company offered to send me a new jacket in the 2XL Tall size, which gave me the extra length in the sleeves and body that I required. They also granted a request from me to reduce the size of the embroidery on the new jacket, which normally they do not do. This was all accomplished for the total cost of only $65 including shipping and handling for the new jacket. The new jacket arrived in record time and I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience with WebJacket.com.

I am writing to thank you for my beautiful lettermans jacket that I received. Not only does it look fantastic, but it arrived in such a timely manner! Thank you so much, my son is going to love it. I will be using you in the near future for my band's jackets. Thanks

Request a fabric sample if you use this company, even for what should be a pretty simple color to identify. Very unhappy with the customer service. I ordered a kelly green jacket for my daughter and received a hunter green one. When they finally responded to my email, they agreed it was not what I ordered and made a replacement jacket. The second jacket had really bright lime green sleeves that didn't match the tricot at all. I was able to contact them again, and they reluctantly agreed that the second jacket was not correct either. I just received the third attempt to make the jacket and it has the hunter green tricot with the lime green sleeves! It's not just a shade or two off. It looks terrible. It has taken me over 6 months to this point and I just don't want to waste any more of my time at this point.

I had been looking to replace a letter jacket I wore 40 years ago and was amazed at how limited and pricey the jackets were until I came across Webjacket. They let me customize it exactly how I wanted it and the price was the best I had found anywhere. Because it is so customized, each one is made to order so the turn around time is about 6 weeks, but I was in no hurry. My jacket is an exact replica of the one I wore in high school and i've gotten many positive comments. I will absolutely recommend Webjacket to my friends who want a quality jacket at a reasonable price.

I ordered a school letterman jacket for my son the 1 st one I was given the wrong tricot color. I paid the return fee and they did make us another coat only this time the color was wrong. My son won't even wear it. I'm very disappointed! I should have bought local. By the time I had to reorder I paid over $300. And they take forever to fill your order. It says on the tag the coat is made in China but the return tag comes from Michigan. I won't be buying from them again.

Site says allow 5-7 weeks for up to 3 jackets, I only ordered 1 yet it took over 11 weeks. The "check the status of your order" on the website does not work and their phone number does not work. When you get a reply to emails it is very short and curt... That being said, the jacket was a good price and is nice looking, they just need to work on timing, communication and website functions so that people feel more confident about their order.

Great value for the money. That's how I would describe Webjacket. I was looking for a company that can remake my old varsity jacket. And I was on a budget. I ordered their wool and synthetic leather varsity jacket and decorated with my embroidery. The result was amazing, They even went beyond my expectation. Thank you webjacket. I got to know them through a friend that purchased from them couple of years ago and her jacket is still in great condition. So, this encouraged me to order from them. They have the quality, the customization and the great price. I placed my order. And according to them, turnaround time is 3-5 weeks for the custom-made varsity jacket. 3 weeks later, I receive a package on my door. To my surprise, it was my order form WebJacket. So even in turnaround time, they sent my order very quicky which made me even happier and more satisfied client.
I strongly recommend them.
