It's not uptight but it also feels very elegant. They have really professional wine connoisseurs that were so helpful and knowledgeable. Every dish that my family and I got were so delicious. We had the freshest oysters, shrimp cocktail, lobster with a light cream sauce and scallops with a miso twist. The lobster and scallops were so fresh and even though the portions looked small, it was actually very filling. I thought the sauces would be heavy but it was just perfect. I can't wait to go back one day.
