Don't fall for the refund policy. It's a joke. They hardly respond to emails. Their legal rep won't call you. When you find that law firm online, the number always messages "Sorry, I can't talk right now". I finally called that number out too and no response.

Zero stars! I purchased a watch from them in the beginning of this year. After a month and no watch, I requested a refund and now it has been 5 months and still no watch and more importantly no refund! It was hard earned money that I saved for to buy this watch as a wedding gift. It's very disheartening and scary to see how many stories similar to mine are being posted on a daily basis. I hope this company refunds me all of my money soon or I will have to escalate matters with lawyers and etc. as their was so much money taken from me!

"Watch Rapport is a scam. I purchased a Rolex watch worth $15,000 and waited for 7 months, but they never shipped it. Consequently, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They approved my refund request, but I have not received my refund as of yet. I keep receiving emails from them with excuses of technical difficulties to refund me. Please do not buy anything from Watch Rapport. I am surprised how they are still in business despite such fraudulent practices."

Watch Rapport is a scam! They take your money, and then try to get the watch they claim to be selling you. If they can't get it, you're sh-t out of luck. They give you one excuse after another as to why your refund is delayed, only to ghost you after several months without your refund. STAY AWAY from this company.

I placed an order for a watch on 12/16/23. Its original deliver date was the middle in January. The deliver date as then extended to end of January and then again to the beginning of February and yet again to the middle of February. At this point i put in a cancellation of the order. The order cancelled on February 13, and I was told at most it would be 15 business days for my refund. Not sure why it takes 15 days to refund an ACH payment, but whatever. The 15th day has now passed, and I have still not received my refund. I would stay away from this site and never order from them.

A truly outstanding experience with this company. The guy from the support team is an absolute pro - knowledgeable, great communication, and honest. It simply doesn't get any better. I purchased a watch from watch report over 3 months ago I never received the watch contacted them said to place a cancellation order it would take 3 to 5 days so I did it they said after that it would be 15 days to get my money back so I waited 15 working days never got my money back I contact them and they tell me the exact same story when I call that they'll have to talk to the financial department about returning my money they don't know why it's delayed All I can say is don't buy a watch from them and I'm blown away that Google doesn't block them from advertising modern-day thieves

Purchased two time pieces for over $9k from the company using my credit card. Estimated delivery dates came and went. Finally, after months, requested a refund as per their policy. Was promised a quick refund and was told it was complete. Nothing hit the credit card. The company blamed "technical" issues. Waited and still no refund after months although company kept promising it was coming. Finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. Then company said they could not refund during dispute process. Read all the reviews on this company before placing an order. Obviously will not be doing business with them again.

I purchased a watch from watch Rapport on 9/2/23. When it didn't arrive in 6 weeks and they couldn't tell me when it would, I requested a refund and filed a dispute with Citi Cards. Now 2 months later, I still haven't received the refund and Citi is dragging out its investigation.

Stay away from these crooks!

I love this one, its very nice online soping company, i buy a watch with their that is most goood qulity.

They take your money and you'll never get a refund!
Waited for months for a watch that they just not had. They were always saying that they have an issue.
I went on their order tracking system. You can track any order you'd like by entering other order numbers.Mine was 8772. I tried at least 50 different numbers. All had the same status after months: not delivered.
When I then decided to cancel the order, they found all excuses for delaying the refund, having internal server errors and other lies. Their best response: "We have sent an urgent follow up request to our department in charge regarding your refund. We'll contact you shortly with an update." Of course, never got updates even though I was harassing them.
Just started a legal action against them now.

I ordered a watch in January of 2023. I cancelled the order in March of 2023 after their failure to deliver. Ever since I have been getting the runaround about my refund. They say they issued it but the refund never showed up in my account. They say they are having issues with two credit companies and are in a lawsuit with them. I have contacted Midway Law firm who is representing them and have gotten the runaround with them also. It is now November of 2023 and I still don't have a watch or my refund. They are a scam.

As I was spending thousands of dollars on buying a watch, Watch Rapport provided me peace of mind. Most significantly, I was not duped. I got my watch in good condition. Thanks to you guys.
