I am happy to share that the reason I've remained a Vitality Medical customer for so many years I've lost count is that they have a terrific inventory range at prices that are hard to beat, and delivery is timely and reliable. Their online interface can't beat an industry giant like Amazon but precisely because Vitality Medical is not an industry giant you get real customer service when needed.

On the rare occasion system glitches have not been in my favor their customer service has taken care of me. Big shout out to Kirk of ext 606 for taking care of today's glitch with impeccable customer service!
Supporting smaller businesses can be a total win-win. It has been for me.

I have shopped here several times and always had great service. I ordered disposable vinyl gloves, urinals, special medical soaps, powder. Unfortunately Covid-19 has made it impossible to get disposable gloves or soaps due to the shortage of these supplies right now. But they do offer so many other medical supplies at a very good discount. Hopefully the pandemic will eventually be contained in the future because I would definitely go here first to check their prices of medical supplies.

This company will argue with you and end up not giving a refund when you ask for it. So if you want to work with a company that is looking out for you, I would avoid Vitality Medical.
