Great people. Nancy was great to deal with. Delivery ran late twice so maybe allow more time per stop so they don't get behind
Suggestion: I had it made firmer after three months and now it's better than before.

The support is excellent, I don't wake up when my husband comes to bed, it's wonderful. I was leery about spending so much money (I got the V9), but after staying at a hotel while out of town for a few days, I realized how worth it my new bed was.

Much firmer than the old mattress but very comfortable To be more clear in the brochures as to the fact that my model has the 6 month adjustment. It was confusing so I got it in writing.
Suggestion: I've had no problems to date

Still not feeling rested I got the new bed blues...I thought by now my body would adjust. I like the adjustable part, I think the mattress is what is still bothering me...think I got the wrong one... I wish I had gotten the foam bed, I talked myself into thinking the mattress with springs was good, nope its not.
Suggestion: It shouldn't go on a adjustable bed, I can see the middle rising up and its poking me. Springs on an adjustable is a bad idea...just doesn't feel comfortable especially when its in one of its positions.

New mattress has helped relieve my back problems It was not easy to reach you by phone directly. Always talking to someone different or a recording.
Suggestion: The fact we should turn it so often. That's very difficult for us.

Suggestion: Maybe by the end of 9 to 11 months, Paul says he might like to soften it up a bit

Husband wakes up with his back feeling worse. I feel about the same as before. We spent a crazy lot of money and want a bed that doesn't hurt our backs, esp. my husband's! Please help us rectify the problem!
Suggestion: Softer! We're regretting not getting the pillow top.

No longer sinking to middle of bed - feel supported all around and sciatica is much better Feels like luxury when crawling into bed
Suggestion: Wish we could use electric mattress pad for warmth. However, flannel sheets are working so far. Hope the colder Jan - March weather goes ok.

Your sales staff (Comfort Coaches) are the valuable first face of contact with your customers, performing customer services second to none, managing, store custodians, switch board operations, etc. Perhaps their incremental pay increases should be fairly based on profits, performance, and/or time employed.
