It looked great in person although a little different then the image. The saree was made of hard net and I was hoping from the image, it would be a software net or other better quality material. Nonetheless, the shipping was very fast.
The service was amazing! I had a particular and special request for my order and they were able to complete it without any issues. The customer service was great with quick email responses. I used a company called Manyavar before this and not only did I lose $600 because they would not exchange my product, but I was told I had to ship it to a family member in India and then they would pick up from there. What kind of Policy is that? I 100% will be shopping at Utsav for all my future needs. A great product and team. Much better prices too!
I ordered a pink nehru jacket from Utsav fashion and it arrived on time without any problems. The jacket fits me perfectly and I was very happy with the service 🙂. I would readily buy again and would recommend as well.
I was happy with the communication and detail given to my order for 11 costumes for my group. The customer service representative was very attentive and detail oriented. They gave everything at a good price. Only issue is that the back-and-forth on email took several days because of time difference with the US and the time lag in checking on items.
The courier used by utsav Fedex is very bad,they make you pay extra charges,I ordered something from another company CBAZAAR I did not pay a dollar for clearance or anything Utsav stop using Fedex please. Also the product I got was not to my satisfaction and very shiny unlike from online picture.
Unsatisfied, with the delivery service and no one I spoke to could give me a direct answer. I was send, transfered to a few places before I got what I needed. Then I was told, that I would receive the package that day but got it two days later.
There service is good but some time the quality of the fabrics not good. And if you try to return any item it's a headache, because they don't clearly mention shipping cost. They give you story who's responsible and how there company is not etc…you end of paying more to return then the actually cost of the item.
I had few expectations since I was buying a product from a site I used for the first time and from a foreign country. However, I was impressed by how quick they were at responding to my inquiries. The product was beyond my expectation and I can not wait to try it on my big DAY.
Please improve coomunication ways... because many of the people like me wants to know and discuss about the fitting and many more issue to purchase more... but there is no option to talk with you guys... I think many people / customer like me having the same issue...
