ITEM NOT AS ADVERTISED
I ordered a set of kids skis with bindings for my son for Christmas. The item pictured on the site that I ordered was of the skis with the bindings mounted. I then received multiple order and shipping confirmations showing the skis with the bindings mounted and the item number as 1 (not 2, indicating the skis and bindings were separate). I just received the skis without bindings. I simultaneously received an email saying that the last item in my order had been delivered, signifying the completion of my order. The text of the email is pasted below and it shows the item as the combination of the skis and bindings as 1 item. When I spoke with customer service, I was told that the bindings were shipped separately and I would need to take them to a ski shop to be mounted. This will cost between $80-$100 at any shop in my area. Nowhere in the description of the item was it mentioned that the bindings would need to be mounted and in every picture in my order and shipping confirmation they are pictured mounted. I requested a credit and was denied and I am very frustrated as I would have ordered differently ( either a cheaper item or from another website) if I had known that I would have to pay an additional $80. Now I have missed the promotions that were running for black Friday and am likely too close to Christmas to receive another order in time. I have also not received any tracking information for the bindings.

I ordered ski pants on sale for $175 that ended up being too tight. The exchange directions said to order the next size up on the website to ensure it doesn't show out of stock. The price was now higher at $250. I floated them $250 and received the pants that fit and had to pay shipping to return the pants that did not fit. I asked if I'd get the $250 refunded, they never answered me directly. They received my returned pair and yesterday I was informed that I would not receive a refund of the $250 but only the $175 because "they can't control when sales end on their website". I'm now out $18 shipping plus $250 for a pair of pants I originally bought for $175. Terrible Customer Service.
This place is a joke. They are placing an order for merchandise which does not even exist in their inventory but charging your card is perfectly alright with them. They didn't even contact me to let me know that the item will not be available. Avoid the disappointment of ordering anything from this place. Very unprofessional way of doing business.
Shopped last week on the utahskis.com website, and while I was concerned at first because of other yelp reviews I'd read, I can say that I had a great experience! I had a question before I placed my order so I called their customer service number and spoke with a person who was very polite and answered my questions. My order shipped the next day and arrived with a handwritten note from Hilary wishing me well on my upcoming ski trip! Will definitely use this site again for any ski gear I might need!
Received someone else's order but they didn't hesitate charging me for mine. Reported the problem and the girl I spoke with did absolutely nothing! Called back again and no one knew what was going on. Said they would send my order, when I received it this time only 1/2 of the order was correct. After about 2+ weeks now they can't locate one of the jackets. Very unorganized!
I ordered skis with bindings and a ski bag. Not only did I get the best deal on the lot, I got the stuff in quick time. This was incredible since it was during the week of black friday.
Utahskis.com have great products at a fair price. It was a quick and easy process with great email follow-ups and tracking info. I recommended this place to a couple of friends and will definitely shop here again. Thanks guys!
Bought a pair of demo K2s from Utahskis.com. Pictures on website showed skis in pristine condition. The versions I received had chipped edges, paint was worn, and the bindings were beat-up. Terrible deal!
I ordered a ski bag from this site and it went completely fine. The customer service representative was nice to me and the bag had a good quality when arrived. I was choosing between two and I'm glad I chose this one. It's a little bit more expensive, but the quality is nice.
Very competitive pricing. Ran into some miscommunication on the front end but they were quick to resolve any issues and make it right. I got a very nice snowboard delivered from across the country for a great price. Would recommend their service!
I contacted this company to purchase a demo set of skis that were advertised online. They sent me pictures of the actual skis I would be purchasing however the pictures showed most of the skis and they looked okay. I purchased the skis and when I received them I noticed the heel of the skis was damaged on the top. This is the only area of the skis that were not covered in the pictures. What is also bad is the poor repair job that was attempted of the area. I would have cost the same and taken the same amount of time to correctly repair the area. I have repaired the area myself. The ski surface was in good condition. I have emailed the company and have had no reply. I would not deal with them in the future.
