Purchased razors from this company and were not as described. They were different from what the listing states with the microcomb. The seller then threatened to report me to Ebay, Attorney General, and Internet Crime Division. He continued to call me a liar and will now be reporting me. Do not buy any products from this company

I recently had an opportunity to tour the Razor.com warehouse and meet the owner. Not only was his knowledge of razor needs impressive, but his stock was equally impressive. He had razors that I didn't even think existed any longer. All the blades were new and, not to pun, razor sharp. Amir is a good man who takes your satisfaction to heart. I was skeptical at first since not every review was glowing. However, after seeing the facilities with my own eyes, I say shame on those that doubt the authenticity and the quality of the products. I will not hesitate to do business with Razor.com in the future. If you want great quality and a genuine product, this is the only place you will ever need. Meet him and see for yourself.

I ordered two packs of Gillette sensor blades as a trial and won't do that again. The packaging looked old and was resealed. They looked like sensors but two weepers on the first stroke. I dug a sensor cart (purchased at Walmart) out of the garbage with 8 shaves on it and got a better shave. These blades are either counterfeit or that junk that comes from India. I'll have a lot of ingrown tomorrow on the right side of my face. He makes such a big deal about counterfeit razors to throw everyone off. Me thinks the owner protests too much.

This is how these foreign people get rich by lying, cheating, and stealing from customers. Pay a little more in the store and get the real thing. The sensor is one of the smoothest razors ever made and these feel like a cheap bic and shave worse. I hope they weren't used. I'd hate to think what disease the last user had.

I purchased a women's razor for my wife and he decided to send me what he wanted instead. I called him and he ridiculed me for not wanting what he sent. I opened a return on ebay and he fraudulently said I opened and removed 1 razor out of the 3 boxes of razors. On a $47 purchase he refunded me $24. Bad business and thief.

Don't buy from this seller. I purchased what was described as Gillette Trac II blades and this seller shipped a completely different product that didn't fit my razor. When I returned the items in the same exact condition as received, he deducted from the credit claiming "damage" when there was no damage: he received exactly what he had shipped, which was the incorrect product. Not an ethical seller and you will likely be disappointed with your experience.

I ordered some razor blades that apparently are out of stock. The razor blades are for sale all over their website and nowhere does it say it is out of stock. I'm just a visitor to this site so I had to go through the lengthy process of filling out my shipping, billing, and payment information. I think they need to upgrade their website so that customers aren't leaving their credit card numbers unnecessarily. After a month of waiting for my order to arrive, I left a voice mail message. No response. About two weeks later I followed up with an email and finally got a response back that the item was out of stock and my order had been cancelled. Good to know. But I think the company should let me know without a phone call and an email from me. I see the blades are for sale on Amazon.com. I bet they will arrive this week.
