I made an online purchase of a pair of shorts that showed available and ready to ship. Unlike other retailers who only charge customers when items are shipped, this website instantly charged my card the full amount the minute the sale was complete. The site says orders take 3-5 business days to process. It has been weeks and the order still has not shipped. Worse still, I have tried to reach customer service by email and have been ignored TWICE. I also called the 800# on the site to try to cancel the order and the calls go directly to a voicemail box and nobody ever calls back. I am writing the Better Business Bureau and filing notice with the credit card company.
