I bought wet:dry this am. Said it came with 4 wet and 6 dry pads. Only had wet. May seem small but my Menards is 24 miles from me! Where is your quality control. Took me 15 minutes to look for complaints and it just switched me to something else. You don't want to hear from anyone so I did a review. You sell so many things perhaps we should Unite and say hey I can get this elsewhere.
In the last year to 18 months, P&G has clearly been working on how to make Puffs more profitable. Previously I used to buy a product called Puffs – Simple Softness. That product became hard to find, and when I found it, the product quality was clearly reduced. Boxes were full of lint that scattered everywhere upon opening. I decided to buy the somewhat more expensive Puffs – Ultra Soft. Now, they are compromising that product. Compare the two pictures. You can see the product used to fill the box from side to side. The tissues in the boxes I purchased recently are an inch shorter in width, and there is a whole lot more lint in those boxes than was previously there. Do they think we won't notice?
I purchased the Downy Light Ocean Mist scent beads. They didn't melt in the washer and I had to rewash my clothes which of course rinses out the scent, so what's the point wasting money on it! Did this every time I used it. (No, I never overload the machine), so there's no excuse.
I do the laundry in our family - have for 50 years. I even have a friend who was in the private label laundry soap business (for example Trader Joe's). So I have used many products and know a little about the industry. Despite the higher cost of a branded product like Tide, I always return to it. It's the only detergent that gets most of the stains out of a cotton t-shirt. It's not perfect, but consistently better. I buy the pods at Target and in the largest quantity available. This keeps the price reasonable. I do not like big companies like P&G, but...
I recently spilled my morning coffee on my very expensive cotton bedspread. I immediately took a magic eraser wet with cool water and sponged the coffee stains away. When the spread dried I was amazed that there wasn't any trace of the coffee stain and not even a water stain. Thank you for distributing such an amazing product.
Before the pandemic, when I would buy double rolls i could tell they were, double rolls, now I pay more for double rolls and get single rolls, so the value isn't there anymore. And that is very upsetting as a consumer.
Worst customer service ever even by supervisors. I have been trying to get a rebate resolved for months. I had a supervisor advise me that I am getting angry over $10. I am getting angry over $50. I would not have bought the product had it not been for the rebate. I am consistently getting the runaround and now past the window of time to return the product because no one at P&G knows how to follow their term and conditions on their rebates. The supervisor agreed with me. But, didn't like that I would interrupt her about my frustration and try to advise what had been going on. The rewards program is a joke too. No phone number for customer service and the chat is a robot that is of no assistance. Bad job P&G
If you purchase their Tide product and you run into issues, the company will call you a liar, refuse to work with you and basically give you the middle finger. They don't care about you since they are a big company and they don't stand behind their products.
Bought a box of 80 glad trash bags all were missing a seam so it was a bag of plastic blankets.sent them an email and they told me they didn't receive it.insted of replacing them they chose to do nothing!
Make a Statement! - It's a pity that Anna Sui cosmetics is not popular in the States. I love Anna Sui's gothic princess designs, and it's reflected in her beauty products.
