Innisfree US

Not that long ago I placed my first order with this company, I did not receive a shipping notification in the first week and so I became concerned that it was a fake website. I emailed Customer Service as there is no phone number and I they did not get back with me right away so I got even more concerned and wrote a bad review. Since that time, Customer Service did email me and I received my order just a few days later, it all actually happened in a timely manner. I have my products and I like them and I am starting to test them out now, so all is good. I will check back and give another review after I've had a chance to use them for a few weeks.

Not just poor customer service but Innisfree has no functioning customer service. I wrote them a mail but kept getting not replies. Do not order from them and expect real time packaging. Last orders took a month and without notice that it will take this long, despite multiple requests to cancel on email, the only CS contact medium, they still delivered to my former address after a month. Innisfree don't even have contact number in US for customers.

Shopping at Innisfree has always been a positive experience for me. Their customer service in both Manhattan stores has been wonderful, and their lip tints are the best I've ever had (and I'm a very picky person). I bought shade #4 true red, and after I've put it on and left it for a couple minutes, it won't budge the whole day no matter how much I eat or drink (the image is after 6h of applying the lip tint). It stains into a lovely red/pink shade and it's so light weight that you don't feel it on your lips at all. I'll be purchasing more of these lip tints online.
The only downside I think is that they don't have images of the tints on models on their website, so I have to look elsewhere for color swatches on different skin types. The shipping is also costly except when they have sales and special deals like Black Friday free shipping for purchases over $35.

This Korean skincare brand use pure ingredients that is sourced from Korea's Jeju island! They were one of the first ones I tried out when I started to get into Kbeauty. I do have to say though that I don't use many of their products anymore but I still use them here and there.

I recently ran out of their Intensive hydrating eye roll-on (which is part of their popular green tea line) and I do plan to get another one! They have great prices (pretty much always got sales and promotions) so you can get some nice Korean skincare without breaking the bank.

Another thing I wanted to mention another thing I love about this brand is that if you bring your empty bottles to their store, you can get points but also participate in the Green Life Campaign and recycle correctly!

I liked the website - it's convenient for clients! I bought my mom a face mask as a gift, she liked it! The package was delivered a couple of days later! Thank you for that!
