I ordered a dog shaped cookie cutter for a birthday and it never arrived. I emailed Britney, and she never responded. I went on the site, wrote a review, and pressed post, but my review wouldn't show up on the page. Looking back at all the other reviews, only five star reviews were visible. Do not buy from uniquecookiecutters.com!

Ordered cookie cutter April 7, Check for shipping date in Late April and was told it was shipping in 2 days. It I snow May 12. They have not responded to 4 emails. Their Facebook site is down. Waiting for Paypal to try and resolve. Had to rush ship the cutter for my event from another company.

I placed an order with this company and gave ample time for the product to ship. However, I never received the product or shipping notification. After sending multiple emails to the company politely asking for an update I have yet to hear back from them. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service this company has provided. Generally I try to support small business but this has been a horrible experience. Very disheartening that I didn't even receive a simple response from them.

Saw this business's cookie cutters on Etsy and ordered from them. They sent out the package the next day and I got it in 2 days. Wow, fast shipping. The cookie cutter, I ordered a black pikachu heart cutter, looked so cute and it created the most adorable cookie ever. Even my friends commented on it. The owner, Britney, also sent a 10% off coupon to use on their website so I got a few more cookie cutters from them, mainly the charizard and clefairy cookie cutter (I'm big into pokemon) and it got here fast. I definitely plan on ordering from them in the future.
