I find it really amazing because I was almost giving up thinking it is not possible

Subscribed for one month to try application. It did not work for me. Now I am debited automatically at the monthly rate of $49+... need reimbursement..

The VPN installed on the target device kept toggling on/off. This prevented the target device from accessing the cell network. It was IMMEDIATELY known that something was done to the phone. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

They only gave a partial return even though the product NEVER WORKED, I got ZERO benefit from it, and it literally EXPOSED the whole process!

They started off as good customer service although replies were slow.

I was promised a refund but still have not received it, when trying to contact them I kept getting bounce-back emails saying their inboxes were full. This is a terrible customer experience what kind of 2-bit operation are they running?

Great service from All Cracker. Love the company service so much. Very fast setup and undetectable to the target phone user. I Especially love the keylogger feature. The browser history is really nice too because it records even if the target phone goes into incognito mode. Perfect for monitoring your children's phone activity. So I might add three customer service is out of this world. I've already recommended this service to over 17 people in the 2 months I've had it. Be aware people, the site says so many things but they just lure you and are completely a scam. It is not helpful at all and they just rob money from you

I spent nearly 8 hours trying to get access onto the phone two of those hours I had the actual phone. I spent 1 hour with their customer service eventually I just said screw it and tried a different company which literally took me around 11 minutes to download and get everything straight. I only had the service 33 hours contacted them to cancel and refund the money we'll get this they don't refund anything unless it's their program that is not working properly. So if you buy one year membership you are toast If you buy anything you are toast because they're going to always say that their program is working properly. The customer service agent that I spent an hour communicating back and forth with via text because they don't have actual live support that you can talk to had to have been a foreigner with no experience because I had to ask him the same thing three to four times. And the only thing that you can get access to without having the actual phone is their location. You will have to have either the phone or the password and login info and send them a 2FA code which then you need to get from them to put it into the system. Trust me what I say this Go elsewhere I also use bark and they only charged me $1 for 3 days and it was super easy to cancel no problems I ended up going with a great company that has actual live customer service that you can talk to on the phone

Tried setting this up on my daughter's phone due to technical teen difficulty. After numerous attempts at getting this to work, I contacted customer "support", who is less than helpful. They will take your money fast and then blow you off, blaming their inability to provide the service you paid for on you. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.

If you want real time monitoring this app is not the one for you. You can get updates every 24 hours which is way too late to stop anything that is happening. You need access to phone all the time so you can download backup and then message customer service with screen shot so you can get a code sent to phone. 10-15 mins every time. I asked for refund in less than 24 hours and they will not comply.

I was going to try this for one month. I never used the product because it needed the device in hand to use. So I never used it but then they turned on automatic renewal amd changed my account for another month and won't refund me. They are scammers.

I will not deny that it is the best Mobile Phone Tracker for android phones. I was able to set everything up quickly and they gave me 2 more weeks because I bought a subscription for a month. Good enough

Be aware that his company has a return policy that states that no refund will be issued in case of:
The user refuses to re-install.
This app is very complex to install. I spent 4 hours with 2 customer service plus using an unuseful video After all the efforts, my husband and I couldn't install the app. I requested the reimbursement since we weren't able to do the installation. The answer from representatives Nicholas Griffin and Sophie Allen was "You are refusing to install it, so you don't qualify for reimbursement".

This company will make the installation process so difficult and blame you that it is your fault for not following instructions to force you to quit. Then, will claim that you are refusing the installation. I have a record of the 4-hour-plus hours' conversation with these people.

This is by far the best smartphone monitoring app available. It delivers the information it says it will. And their customer service is great! Highly recommend!

I tried the service, it did nothing but cause the device to crash using apps, failed to show the information it was promised (like snapchat) I even sent snaps from my phone to target phone and it still didn't get any of it. The worst was what it did to the phone. It completely OVERHEATED it, drained the battery on the phone within 2 hours. Even after changing every setting it didnt work. Im not a novice and this isnt the first service Ive used. On top of that, I was charged for over a year even though it was suppose to be month to month. After contacting customer service to cancel it. They refused. I went over their REFUND POLICY (make sure you read all of it, they make it practically impossible for you to cancel or get refunded anything) according to their policy I was qualified for at least a partial refund. I've reiterated it to them, shown them, proved it and they are still refusing and saying a refund is impossible. Wth is that? They keep pushing to add it back onto the device and just keep offering me 1 free month of service. I have a year left with this and they want to add an unnecessary extra month. I have been going back and forth with them for over a month now. Do not go with them!
