Umi Tea Sets

Ordered two sets at different times, both sets showed up without any breakage. This was close to x-mas, so it took a couple of weeks, but did get here in time. My daughter & her friend are very happy with the sets.

All the items I ordered were of high quality and greater than my expectations the books pens key medals with messages will make fantastic gifts for my friends and family the price was great value for money

Umi tea sets sells lots of beautiful pots, cups, containers, whatever you might want. Much of it is hand-made and you can tell. They even sell some of the most luxurious and specific teas I've ever seen. Their stuff is expensive, sure, but it's a thoughtful gift to any tea lover.

I ordered a travel set, tea and a Lion mug for Christmas gifts in mid November and received the items within 10 business days (China to Canada). The quality was outstanding and I collect fine Chinese porcelain. After my daughter opened her gift, two of the three cups were broken. A week ago, I notified Umi and sent pics. Today the new cups came. Fast, polite service. I can't wait to buy from them again

Recently I ordered a colored glass gaiwan from Umi Tea Sets and am extremely satisfied with the purchase. While it was difficult to choose my favorite color I went with the blue one. It holds quite a bit of volume compared to others I've found at tea shops (which are ceramic) and there's just something about the colored glass that adds some feeling of prestige.

One thing to add is the protective package they used for shipping was excellent! It arrived to my doorstep safe and sound, nothing cracked or broken 😊

I Ordered a Glass Teapot with a brown stem and love is so much! The glass is high quality, it's sturdy and heat resistant. It is really good with loose leaf tea as it has a very nice glass strainer. I would definitely order from them again.
It is good for one to two people I would say.

I ordered a hot plate to use in the US with a kettle I'd purchased elsewhere and found that it took almost 30 minutes for the water to boil. Apparently the hot plate required a 220V outlet, even though the plug was compatible and there were no obvious electrical issues. I had ordered from a page specifically geared toward US customers but there was no mention in the description of the power requirement. The seller offered a full refund if I shipped it back but it would have cost $60+ to ship a $74 product back to China. The seller offered to refund $15 if I wanted to just keep it. I wrote a review on the company site warning other US customers but it has not been posted.

I ordered the Glass Teapot With Water Steam Infuser last November right before the holiday/Christmas season as a gift for my sister. The item was then delivered to me pretty quickly in less than a week's time in great packaging that kept the glass teapot safe. I gave the teapot to my sister for Christmas and she loved it. She used it right away after opening it up. It was easy to use and the tea she used to test the teapot came out delicious.

I purchased a glass marble tea set and a small single tea pot, however, when it arrived the teapots handle had broken off. I contacted the company and within 1 day to ask for a replacement and within one day they were able to process the replacement. I love my tea sets as they are as lovely to look at as they are of quality to use.
