Wouldn't let me log in to my account after several months of use. Customer service was not helpful as everything they suggested didn't work. I had bought the lifetime license and when I asked for a refund customer service went radio silence on me. Look elsewhere!

This convertor is simple-to-use, just tick the songs you want to copy and the program will make the copies. It has various formats that you can save the files in, and I'd recommend going to Preferences > Advanced and setting it up the way you want it. Worked great for a year. But Spotify has wised up. They warned me I was downloading too fast so I slowed down, didn't do as much or as often.
Didn't matter, a month after my most recent download session they emailed me they were closing my account.
