My Wife searched Tulalip Resort Casino on the web to book a room. She click on the one that said Tulalip Resort Casino Reservation. She booked a room on October 19,2018 for check in January 1,2019. She called five days before to make sure all was good. They told her it had been canceled.
It is her Birthday that day. We were going to meet family there for Dinner and a little party. Play some games and have so drinks. That now has been spoiled and my wife in tears. Tried to get another room, but they want twice as much. Then we found out it was book through Reservation.com called them for answers said problem with our credit card. We checked and found out we had been billed twice at two different amounts and then credited those same amounts. I believe that someone is Doing a bait and switch. And neither one are trying to fix it. I fact they were very rude to my wife when she called.
