I try to do research on a company before purchasing their products, as I did with Snow. When making my initial purchase, the checkout process was rife with extra deals that seemed like a really good idea. Stupid me didn't realize that the one lighting kit/tray was for both upper and lower teeth, so when they offered me a second kit/tray for half price I nabbed it. When I received the product I realized my error and started a return. All seem well, smooth process, full refund confirmed. However, you do not actually get a refund, you only get store credit, but due to their multiple offers during checkout, I bought enough product to last more than a year, rendering their credit useless. I emailed customer service and got pointed to their very well hidden return policy. So I chatted with an agent a few days later, who was all over it, very kind, acknowledged my issue, and said he would escalate it to whomever the set things get escalated to. I was to expect a call back in two days. Ten days later and here I am. Stuck writing bad reviews for a good product. It works well. But it's expensive and I just don't see the need or reason for poor customer service.
