We tried several services for website localization. Translate.com was one of those that lived up to our expectations. We wanted to get an accurate translation in JSON format. Those guys provided German and Spanish translations for the website in a week! Other requested languages they provided within 2.5-3 weeks.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR TRANSLATIONS!

They advertise on their website that deliveries for their professional (paid) service is within 2 hours, however when they fail to deliver within this timeframe they claim the 2 hours is only an approximation.

I needed a last minute translation and paid them the price advertised on the webpage. They failed to get it to me on time so I was unable to get the permit that I needed the translation for.

When I wrote requesting my money back, as they hadn't fulfilled the terms of their contract - this was their response (verbatim).

But kindly note that you haven't notified us about your order urgency.
Two hours is the approximate turnaround time for translation.
Due to this matter, your refund request will be rejected.

I wrote to them twice and gave them 2 opportunities to comply with the law regarding the sale of goods and services - they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling any legal contracts they make - so consider yourselves warned. This is not a professional organization - IT'S AN ONLINE SCAM! Don't throw any of your money away on them. Find another translation service.
