The Training Mask product is absolutely amazing with its fast swap difficulty settings. The mask comes with three valves adjustable to your difficulty. The mask can be worn while running or weightlifting and is meant to challenge your lungs. You have the option to completely dec out your mask and personalize it to you with their sleeves and valves options. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is serious about cardio
