I have made 2 purchases from tops magic. My first order stayed pending for 5 days. I e-mailed 2 times and then finally called! Then I was informed most of the products were no longer available. They had 2 of the 10 products I ordered. So I canceled. My second order is still pending after 5 days. I e-mailed yesterday and no response so far! Something tells me they have a group of friends they sell to FIRST!
I was once a contributor to a children's party--my nephew's 8th birthday--and I was at a loss as to what gimmick will I do. A friend recommended this site to me, and then--poof! The party was a success, thanks to the costumes and magic toys I bought.
