Be very careful. They fill the students up with false promises. Once they have you hooked your then paying for a course that's truthfully only worth £600 if that. Not thousands.

My journey with them hasn't been great. I was desperate for a new tutor and one that could help me more with my study's as this course was very new to me and they personally didn't give me a new tutor although I had evidence to showcase that my tutor wasn't helpful at all. After they felt like he was the best tutor for me but I have evidence to show that he wasn't. The company is now in administration, that Tutor is now made redundant! I found this out a month later when I don't hear back from my old tutor and then they tell me a month down the line I have a new tutor after sitting in dark for a month with no help from the tutor or from the company. I raised awareness to them that I want to cancel my payments as the service is poor and I felt like they breach contact due to abandonment of a student. They told me no I have to still make payments. So now I have ombudsman looking into this, I also ask to put payments on hold while ombudsman do this and the response was also no.

Such a scam. They will response back to this stating that they done so much to help me and have been very responsive and helpful but it just a smoke screen.

I signed up for a course with TR a few years ago, was told by staff it was an accepted qualification in Scotland.
Turns out it was NOT.
Unfortunately by the time I found this out I had bypassed the timeframe to withdraw from my contract.
They then denied telling me that blaming me for not checking.
A few more months and we will have paid it off and having nothing to show for it.

Honestly biggest regret just stay away. "14 days cancellation" biggest lie ever. Should be shut down

I signed up to the training room after university because I didn't wanna go straight into my masters, few days after signing up I realised that I don't need the qualifications from training to become a TA. I called them and the lady was like you are in the timeframe to cancel the course but you will still have to pay £1300. I was like huh? Why would I want to pay for something and not benefit from it. A year later I'm doing TA at a college and they even offered the course for free, a course Im paying £1300 for. To make it worse I'm still paying. I regret it so much.

Theirs certificates are waste of time and money, anyone in their rightful mind would benefit more from doing a proper HND, HNC, Cisco certificates or any other. Even self-thought portfolio will give you more than a marking people without a clue regarding software engineering or cyber security.
If you do decide to accept their call they will attempt to scam you for over £2,000 course they can't even answer technical question about and start insulting you and your personal abilities because you don't find their product appropriate. Pure scam company.

Asked to cancel within my 14 days, this was completely ignored and have been threatened to pay if I don't they will take legal action

I successfully completed the Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal
Training through The Training Room. I opted to complete the online course with support from an assigned tutor (Claire Smith). Training materials provided both online and from Claire were relevant and current. I was able to work at my own pace without any pressure, timelines were agreed and worked towards with regular check-ins with Claire to ensure I stayed on track. Any communications (emails or zoom meetings) or submission of course work were responded to in a timely manner and feedback given which was positive and constructive. A big thanks to Claire for believing in me and supporting me on this journey! :)

Beth has been really helpful in revising my CV. She has forwarded this to Prospero who have already been in contact with me. They are now actively looking for a suitable position in my local area. Thank you for all your help.

My course was fantastic and so detailed, I've learned so much with the training room and feel like I can apply my knowledge now. I've thoroughly enjoyed it and I also feel like I have a new sense of appreciation for what the body can do and the processes to achieve certain goals with health/body. The tutors and staff are excellent and really go above and beyond to help and support you in any way. My tutors Luke Crossley (previously Dan Riley) both are really passionate, dedicated and highly skilled. They are always there to answer any questions swiftly and they are also extremely happy to help even after the course has finished! I would 100% recommend this course as it is abundant in quality! I am currently studying Level 3 supporting teaching and learning assistant certificate.
The content of course is helpful for teaching assistant career. My tutor is Claire, she is always there when I need help. And she gave a detailed comment on the assessment, she is supportive and helpful.

I find the online course well organize and with lot of information, what make it easier is the help from Claire Smith, any time I email her she will replay very quickly and give you good advice and Claire is there all the time to help.

My E-learning experience with Nick Hewett was excellent. Nick's communication was spot on with no room left for doubts.
I'm extremely pleased with my tutor's teaching skills, making complicated subjects easier to understand.

I was skeptical at first to sign up to do my course but I have really enjoyed it. The learning platform is brilliant, and my tutor claire leighton always provides me with helpful feedback on my work! Definitely dont regret this course!

I am currently studying for a level 2 and level 3 personal training course and my tutor Claire always has the time to reply to my messages fast and with helpful and relevant information. The content that is supplied on the website is also in some ways applicable to real life even in the course I'm doing, which it has in-depth and interesting content about the subject as well that will hopefully allow me to progress into a proper career.

I really enjoyed the Level 3 PT course, it flowed nicely on from the L2 course. The course has a good balance of sports science and behaviour change content, which helps to get a good understanding of the different challenges a PT has with a variety of client goals. Claire Smith is always on hand to help when required, and offers good feedback on each module.

As part of the over 60 demographic, commencing a fitness course as a senior citizen during the Covid19 pandemic was always going to be a challenge... thanks to the skill and professionalism of my tutor Claire Smith at TTR however, I have been able to gain my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. She is a credit to both TTR and the Health & Fitness industry generally, with her experience and empathy shining through constantly.

Great in depth course of everything you need to know to feel comfortable and confident in becoming a successful Personal Trainer. My tutor Liz Shaw is engaging and very patient! Quick replies to any questions or concerns you may have about the course. Overall a fab experienc!.

Used the training room to get my level 2 & 3 fitness qualifications, content was great and easy to access.
Had Claire as my tutor and was a great help throughout the process.
