I was delighted to discover them. I'm currently using MSpy, but I was getting intermittent results and saw that they offered more/better logs.
After paying for a years service, I did the typical install. Sometimes confusing, as the version of Android I have (13) is different than their install illustrations. Okay, I shot from the hip, and it seems I got through it.

As time progressed (just days) I realized I was getting quite different results. Nothing was showing on WhatsApp, and some messages from Telegram were visible. But basically NOTHING else.

I searched and looked high & low. As it turns out, once logged in, one sees nothing but the dashboard and their service. There were no support, service, contact icons, nothing. The only "help" was pawing through a quasi pull-down list of items that took you to some solutions.

As well, most of the ADVERTISED SERVICES were only available to ROOTED phones. (This was not something I recall anywhere in the advertising).

And, it turns out I was DOUBLE BILLED! I paid through PayPal, which was rejected the following day. So, I paid directly, in order to not be cancelled. Three days later, I was billed & processed on the original billing.

So, I had to hunt down their e-mail address and I sent to them a detailed letter. A Bullet-Point letter, outlining (my suggestions) as well as each of my issues with the service I was receiving. To include the fact that they never stated (prior to sale) that I required a ROOTED phone to get the results they offered.

I received a prompt letter back: I was BLOCKED & CANCELLED.
These MFs didn't acknowledge anything, didn't try and help, didn't propose a single solution.
They stated they couldn't do business with me.

We are several days into my refund, $400, and I've yet to see the funds returned.

They may be a great tech service, but they lack principles, integrity AND customer service.

AVOID these people!

Paid the outrageous price and immediately said to root my target phone started asking for a refund immediately was told to give him my pe so he could look into it.after that was told they could only g it very 30 percent refund.that was over month ago no redund and now I cannot get the app off the phone e and they keep saying just old lols while longer

Filed complaint with consumer fraud protection. Along with suit to get my money back and then some

There is no live assistance whatsover.

After one week still no setup the app the site is not working the code that have give not work and the questions on the emails is not waht you ask just answer for other things that is not in the point is very very slow like 3 or 4 days to answer and it will pass all the week for nothing. Still have my money and the refuze to refund

Re: Amy- your company never processed my refund and it has been a year now. Please do not try to make false claims, again, to hide your companies deceptive and misleading services. Had the refund for 150.00 been processed I would have more respect for your company. As it is now, you deserve zero stars.

First experience with installation took close to 3 hours. Then it did not relay any data for 2 days. Once it started to transmit data, I only was able to hear one side of the conversation. The app constantly freezes and is slower than I would of imagined. The customer service is basically non existent and when they do respond they send an automated response as if they never even read my question. The app actually caused the target device to become dysfunctional and no longer capable of holding a charge or operating within a normal temperature. They also put an icon on target device that allows user to observe the program has been installed on device. My opinion is don't waste your money or time on this company. Avoid at all costs.

Some here are saying that the good reviews are all from TheoneSpy. Bulls*it. I'm a legit person and have used TheOneSpy for aprox 5 months and NO major issues. Small ones? Sure. I've even had to reinstall it a few times but over the last three months it's been working like a charm. The live audio and live video is really what I use it for but the texts, calls, etc all come as they should. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I suspect it's because these asshats have crappy phones. Bunch of poor $#*! mofo's who don't know how to f*cking use technology. Idiots.

The onespy Refund is deception, fraud and lies

I purchased a package with the One spy in September 2021 and tried it on an Android phone, but I found most of the features and monitoring tools mentioned on their official website, because of which I bought the program, it does not work as it should. I sent email for my refund but they ask me first for help to solve the problems with apk, i did all their instructions, but The problems of the application were not resolved, and then I asked them for my refund again and they sent an email agreeing that my refund will be paid within 15 days after 5 October, and that date passed but my refund was not made, so I sent an email reminding them that the time for my refund had passed, but every time they replied that the process was under progress and until today my refund has not been paid after two months have passed from the date of that my refund suposed to be paid.

Keep your money they do not deliver what they promise. Here is a copy of what transpired in my conversation.

Hi It has been almost 3 months since you put the restrictions on the audio bugging. Can I get an honest answer of when this limitation will be lifted and back to 30 and 45 min?

Why do we have to wait? I dont understand I paid for this. I did not pay for you to tell me when you are done... It is not the responsibility of the customer to pay for your resouces so you can do better. Can I purchase this in addition so it is turned on? I would pay $100USD per month to have it on

Pathetic service
Pathetic service, not all features working and there is no one to resolve it. In chat session some prototype answers are given. Today, still waiting for answer for last 1 hour in the chat session. But there is no one out there. Asking for full refund, but don't think I will get the refund. They are just refusing the refund in so many other ways than saying "NO" directly. They will only ask you to contact them in this regard again and again and no refund will be issued.

I've been using this app for a while now. Unfortunately for three months it has been absolutely unusable, especially if you cannot access the target to upgrade. Minutes and minutes to load a page, most of the features do not update and every time the assistance repeats the same things: you have to wait a few days. But I've been going on like this for months. And now you can use view360 (surroundings listen) just for few minutes, after that there is a disconnection and you have to recharge the page: ABSOLUTELY RIDICOLOUS. Instead of getting better, it gets worse. Try other apps, this one is now to be trashed

Only 2 issues

It does everything is supposed to do. I had to give it only 4 stars for 2 issues. My issue is that it drains the target device battery fast. The other issue is that it's hard to get a hold of live customer support. When I do get a hold of them however, they do address my problems

Its a Fraud... Don't buy this app

Don't buy this app... It is a fraud... They will not activate it and when asked for refund they will just not do... I ordered my refund on the second day after subscribing and it is almost a month now and still no refund... Stay away from this fraud. They will not even refuse... Keep delaying you till you give up asking... I repeat... Its A big fraud... Stay away.

This app does not do what it says it will do. The target phone is a 5g device after downloading the app, the target phone has become dysfunctional, can no longer hear phone ringing, alarm clock no longer functions, draining battery, and the temperature of the phone is extremely hot. The app only records one side of the phone call, also the target device is notified when you are trying to use the app. They can see you when you are trying to use the view 360 part of the app. Contacted customer support through email haven't heard anything back. It took me a whole day to get this app downloaded and I spoke to the customer service guy milow about the issues I am having and he is unable to help me. He is blaming it on my device which is a brand new s20 ultra 5g. The product doesn't do what it says, it has only been 3 days since I downloaded it I requested a refund of 95.00 and haven't gotten a response back yet.

It had to happen: if the target owner is not stupid, sooner or later he realizes that something is wrong. Live screen recording makes it apper the chromecast icon on the top of the target mobile and often prevents vocals on Whatsapp or Telegram. Same for view 360: impossible to send vocals if you are using this feature. And the target owner bought another mobile. Game over!
Luckily I didn't get an annual subscription. What a $#*! app

My phone is galaxy s21 Ultra android 11 rooted. When i purchased theonespy tosapp before i asked your supporter team. Especially Milow. They told me it will work sure for my device. But it's not working well. Especially rooted features and other features too. And Milow told me it will fix tomorrow and tomorrow. Always Milow told me again and again. Wasted my times and money. I waited for it already more than 2weeks then Milow suggested me 50% refund. Really playing with me? Why i rooted my phone with risky because for i needed rooted features! I have purchased the application few months back. I have successfully installed it on my kid's phone. I am not a tech-savvy, but its interface is speechless and I was successful to install it without taking customer service instructions. I just followed the installation guide and it works exactly the way it was described. You can record live calls, read messages, social media, emails and feature you just name it you will get in it.

It has gotten quite an improvement. Now there is nothing wrong with the application.
It's customer support service has done marvelous job over the last month. It responds instantly and responds to customer queries honestly.
The application has functional features. All the features work properly and provide results within no time.
The best part of it is pocket friendly price. So i am giving 5 rating.

Excellent Product

I used the product and fairly it is simply awesome. Installation process takes only few minutes and it is very simple. All the features are genuine and having a smooth user-friendly interface. It has very easy dashboard to sync with and get data. Even a non technical person can use it very easily.
As far as the customer service is concerned. I do have few experiences and in my view the support team are dedicated and answers every question you ask and almost all the time available. The application takes little space and time to get activates it on target device. I hope my opinion will be beneficial for users.
I personally recommend it.
