I bought a stationary bike in October 2020 along with a 4-year extended warranty. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that the 1-year manufacturer's warranty would be followed by 4 years of extended coverage, giving me protection until 2025. That assurance was a major reason I chose to buy from them. Fast forward to now, when I actually need service: I was ignored for over a month, and after following up multiple times, I'm now being told a completely different story — that the extended warranty started from the purchase date, overlapping with the manufacturer's warranty. That's not what was promised, and it contradicts standard industry practice. This kind of behavior feels deceptive and unethical. I've purchased extended warranties from other companies, and they have always started after the manufacturer warranty expired. Not only was I misled, but the customer service experience has been nothing short of frustrating — full of delays, excuses, and conflicting information. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this company. If this is how they handle support and warranties, I wouldn't trust them with future purchases.

Now they are forcing employees to get vaccinated -is that what we want in Canada. Boycott them now. Show them people have the right to choose what goes into their own bodies.

My wife and I went to the Mavis Store location in Mississauga and were promptly attended to by Erik. We found him to be very professional and knowledgeable on fitness equipment and our requirements.
We ended up purchasing the Octane 37xi Elliptical, the Inspire Workout Bench and an assortment of weights.
Erik had our Elliptical Machine delivered right on schedule and the parties that delivered and set up the equipment were very efficient and quick in setting everything up. Unfortunately I did not obtain their names however it was very obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing and knew how to put all the equipment together without having to refer to a manual (although one was available)
We had shopped around and found all of Fitness Depot's
Prices fair and not overpriced. Their equipment is first class and you pay for what you get. This isn't a Walmart Store.
I would recommend this store to anyone who is seriously looking for excellent equipment

I went to the showroom on Roswell rd and was greeted by Todd. I said I was looking for an exercise bike and he showed me the various options answering my questions. I liked the Spirit and rode it for 10 minutes to check it out. It felt great and I decided to buy it. That was Monday or Tues. And it was delivered on Thur. By a very competent man who placed it where I wanted it and answered my questions. It works like it did in showroom and I'm delighted.

Unlike fitness purchases from other vendors, this one was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Dan and Todd, with FD, went to great lengths to determine which treadmill would fit my unique requirements. I was allowed to try several machines at my leisure without any hint of high pressures sales. Todd even took the time to explain proper exercise routines on several machines. And last, but certainly not least, the gentlemen from Impact who delivered and installed the machine were the epitome of competent installation service. They showed up on time with the right tools and installed the machine in record time, all the time being polite and efficient. A great experience!
