The Chosen Prime

I ordered a figure from the Chosen Prime. Upon receiving the figure, it was broken. I contacted them and had pictures as proof and they refused to do anything about it. Saying I had to contact the manufacturer to get this resolved. They advised they could charge me to fix the figure once I received replacement parts for the figure. Just do yourself a favor and don't order from this store. They will not help you once they ship the item to you. Even if the figure is broken or missing parts they will tell you tough luck. Not a good shop to order from. Toy Dojo or BBTS or any other store will help you with problems with their products. Not sure how long a business can survive with refusal to make a purchase right to the customer, especially if the item is broken in the box.

I bought a couple of figures from chosen prime and the package got lost in the international shipping. I spent a lot of money with the purchase and the worst happened. The package was lost. Now nobody is responsable for nothing, because they are not responsable for international shipping that gets lost. So my money is gone and no figures. I advise everybody ouside the states to take this is in consideration, for the next one might be you. I am super displeased as expected, and no way i will purchase anything else from that company. I regret the day i have made the purchase

They sell items they don't have. Website charged card for out of stock item. Basically they'll steal from you.
