A full professional service from start to finish, despite the pandemic, to replace the pipework from under the road to the front outside boundary / meter. The water quality scientist and customer lead team advised on all the technical requirements that needed to be met, prior to Thames undertaking the works. The works team were very proficient, efficient in their use of time, equipment, manpower and resources in addition to being super polite. Great to see this level of professionalism and quality of work in the construction trade. Thank you Thames Water - an amazing team.
