I'm going to school to become a nurse and I hate that I have to spend so much on medical books. I was doing some price research after finding out what the price was for the book I needed at the campus bookstore. I was led to Textbookrus.com by bigwords.com, which I had never seen so I was skeptical at first, but now I love it, after my purchase they sent me a confirmation email, which you get after registering. This allows you to check the status of processing and after they give you your tracking number and from there the shipping site "FedX" informs you of your purchase were abouts. Concluding the comfort of not only having saved 40 bucks on a book, but that I now have another reliable website to buy my books as well and not the ridiculously overprice local campus bookstore. This is just my experience try it for yourself.
The first book I recieved states clearly on the cover and I qoute "THIS INETERNATIONAL STUDENT EDITION IS NOT TO BE SOLD OR PURCHASED IN NORTH AMERICA AND CONTAINS CONTENT THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM ITS NORTH AMERICAN VERSION". This was taped over with blue tape so it would not be visible. The second book I ordered still has not arrived despite their claim that it would be here on time. Because of this I have had to pay full price for both books at the campus book store. If you really think it is worth it to save a little bit make sure you check everything out about the book you are purchasing (make sure it is the same cover as the one you are supposed to get).
