I've seen a lot of hate for this site, and I believe it's not earned. I got my shirt on time, and they gave me constant updates about the package. The support team was nice and responded quickly, and I'm super happy with the quality of my shirt. Can't wait for another one :)
I bought each shirt as a gift for someone. They surpassed my expectations. Everyone loved their shirts. The material is great quality and the designs are even better than i expected. 10 outta 10 would recommend
I ordered a purple glow in the dark reversible plushie on Black Friday for myself. I was partially hoping that it'd arrive by Christmas, but no show. I sent various emails back and forth between customer service and I've managed to get a full refund. It's been well over a month and, well, the package was supposed to arrive forever ago. At this point I've given up hope on waiting for it to arrive.
Staff is friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. But I'm still immensely disappointed since the plushie looked so cute and I was very excited to receive it. Oh well.

I love how these shirts fit, the colors are wonderful, and it's such high quality material.
They are great at getting my order to me in a timely manner and after numerous orders I have not had to return anything because I am that happy with the product.

Not only were there too many shirts to choose from, but the material and how easy it was to order felt great. You don't need much to make a site work and this site is perfect for its content and merch. I love it and will be ordering more again soon. I love them!
I have purchased t-shirts from this website for a very long time. I have easily 20 I can think of right now. The quality of the shirt itself has gone down, which I can deal with, I suppose. But the way they are printing is terrible now. The images are just slapped on the shirt in the middle instead of being at the top of the shirt and sensibly sized. That is a style quality that I just cannot stand anymore. I have reordered shirts that had the image top centered and smaller originally - they are now just slapped in the middle and larger, like a cheap old t-shirt. Looks so bad. I guess my only source is going to be eBay'd older shirts now and that makes me really sad. I love the designs, but this is a terrible decision. To be blunt, the original smaller, top centered image is better for people with boobs.

I don't normally write reviews, but as I work in the customer service industry, I want to recognize and appreciate good customer service. There was a mistake on my recent order and I contacted support and within a day I had a response and a refund for extra charges. I really appreciated the quick response and friendly manner of their customer service person. I'm addicted to these shirts and my daughter is too! Love them! <3
You can find the worst delivery system in TeeTurtle, not to say the worst customer service, writing you nice replies full of fancy meaningless words.
Definitively, I will never purchase anything again in this shop.

Took advantage of their sale as I've been hesitant given the bad reviews... all I can say is the 2 shirts are great, they run fairly large FYI, and the plushie is well loved already.
I know sometimes it's just luck. But for me, they were fine, and items arrived within 1.5 weeks of order.

My order still hasn't arrived after 45 days. CS says they understand my frustration but never apologized. I would recommend 6dollarshirts or shirt. Woot. Both ship quickly and at least apologize when their company screws up.
I ordered 8 shirts from them to wear for Halloween and paid around $25 for international shipping. After placing the order I received a message saying that if there was a mistake contact the quickly because they fulfill orders very fast. After about a week my order still had not shipped so I contacted them. The email I received said that many customers were confused and that it was a pre order. So I checked the sight and there was no mention of it being a preorder. They never updated their site to let customers know that it was a pre order despite knowing it was a problem. Then they finally shipped the order and apparently they are using turtles to deliver them. Despite paying more than double what other shirt companies charge they chose a company that is at least five times slower than the others. I say at least five times because I still have not received my order.
If you just have to have one their shirts order now and you might get it by Christmas.
