I ordered and paid for 171.00 worth of items for Christmas. Since them made an order and received, made another that did not come so checked the site and found a whole page of tee shirts that did not arrive. They said they only guarantee delivery for 30 days. They sent TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and whoever accepted the packages did not send them back (of course). I did page print and put all on a document but you do not accept documents. I am an elderly veteran spouse and this is not right.
I would advise using a different company. This company is run by thieves. Ordered a hoodie as a gift for someone to be delivered by Feb. 7. It's now the 8th, and what I ordered has been sitting on the other side of the country for a week and a half. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend - plenty of other pod shops to order from out there.
Ordered a tee to be gifted. Was to be delivered by 11/21.
It's now 11/22 and I'm being told that it can't be guaranteed until the 27th?
Keep moving the goalpost, with no accountability.
This WAS my final experience with this shoddy operation. Larisa and Janette in customer service are a joke.
The shirts on TeePublic are cheaper than the ones on Redbubble and there's a good reason why. They're very thin, they shrink a lot, and the designs start peeling after a few washes. They also have a very 'snug' or 'slim-fit' feel to them even if you go up a size. In short, they look and feel cheap. Spend the extra $10 and use Redbubble instead. It's worth it.
Ordered two shirts. Got a "shipped" notice saying they'd arrive November 26th. TWO Customer Support reps repeated this claim. When they didn't arrive on the 26th, some CLOWN in Customer Support tells me "Oh, we made a booboo and it was supposed to say December 2nd." That's not a booboo, that's just staggering incompetence. I've demanded my money back and won't be doing business with this trash site ever again.
I payed more for shipping than the product ($20) so it would arrive before Christmas. It was a present for my mom and it didn't get here in time.
Horrible rendition of the artist Sexxy Redd. Plain black Hoodie with a horrendous print. Over priced poor quality. Purchase proof is via bank account.
For no reason at all TEE public has closed my sops 3 times for " policy violation " they never explain and they don't want to, they have a BOT that shuts down your page for no reason at all
I tried to buy a men's and children's shirt of the same color in a slightly different design. The color didn't end up matching, but the support to help rectify the issue has impressed me so much. I now would go to TeePublic first before their competitors, because of how satisfied I was with their service, and confidence that if something went wrong, it would be rectified. Not only was it very fast (next business day, and roughly 1-3 hours between email responses during working hours), but each time they responded it was with a good, actionable solution. I also liked that they didn't push me for reviews at all. I ended up asking THEM where to recommend them. Other than the colors not being what I expected originally, the quality of both was also good (and the colors were close; just not identical to one another because they were different product types.)
The shirt I received was excessively thin (couldn't be worn without another shirt underneath), there were flaws in all of the screen printing, and it smelled so bad it had to be thrown.
I did contact customer service and they said nothing would be done.
Please don't waste your money.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.
Answer: Contact them thru home page. I had an issue and they were very helpful and made it right!
Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
TeePublic has a rating of 2.8 stars from 2,313 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with TeePublic most frequently mention business days, poor quality and credit card. TeePublic ranks 7th among T Shirts sites.
