This company has charged my card without my consent after I had paused my subscription with them multiple times. This time is the last time. I haven't used the service in months and I get an email saying I've been charged 29 dollars. I log in and this message pops up with smileys and hearts like "We updated your subscription for you!"
Ummm...wtf? They just charged my card without my consent and they are a acting like they did me a favor?
Thieves! Christmas is next week and they just stole 29 dollars from me. This is not a coincidence. This company is clearly ran poorly (probably by a gen z) and they will charge you anytime they feel desperate (like around the holidays).
I would recommend everyone stay away from this fake company.
