It gives the write a false hope that if they write for them it would be a great experience. They just need to write anything from the heart no need to think about spelling. When they finally have your work they take forever to get back at you saying the edito is working on it. Then you check back with them 2 months later they say they are not going to be publishing your work because it would take to much work to edites to publishing standards. They clearly mentioned that there wqs no need to think about spelling or grammar. They just wanted to take an idea and give it a bit of a change and name it theirs. It's not nice to steal someones tought and experinece and name it theirs.
