If you need assistance in the framing department, good luck! Even if you call ahead to see when an employee will be there. On Wed 9/25/19 I called to inquire when there would be someone in the framing department. I was told by the lady on the phone that she will be there on Sat 9/28/19 from 9am -5pm. I asked her multiple times if she was sure that someone would be available. She said she was the one working that Saturday. So on Saturday I ventured to JoAnn Fabric's, but low & behold, none was there to assist me with my customize framing. The manager was of no help at best! A Real ZERO! This was not the first time I have gone there & no one with any knowledge was in the department, even when I specifically asked if there would be someone knowledgeable to take my custom framing order. My advice to everyone avoid JoAnn Fabric's framing department.
