Attempted to order a lifetime pass to the National Parks online (store.usgs.gov). After hitting technical glitches on their site time after time, I called them at *******747. After a reasonable wait time, a representative tried to assist, but became increasingly rude, despite following her instructions exactly, and after asking her to wait while each instruction of several that she barked out was being completed, she said "I don't have time to wait for you," after which I ended the call, because it simply was not worth it.
They will get your money, send confirmation number and forget about you. USPS will never received it from them. You will never have the pass. They will never reply on your emails.
