Gotta admit, I used to be a bit skeptical about social media promotion and marketing, but after seeing my friend's follower and like count blow through the roof using this service, I had to give it a try using the 5 day free trial to see for myself.
I was surprised by how professional and easy the website was to use. Statalytics gave me a multitude of different filtering options so I could very accurately narrow down the target demographic that I wanted to maximize interaction with on instagram. And I have to admit, I'm hooked, my membership has now gone on far beyond the original 5 day trial, and will continue as long Statalytics keeps interacting with and getting this consistent stream of followers for me!

Not going to knock the software - it's probably the best I've seen on the market to date. However, they often (and often meaning every other week or so) have bugs and issues that don't allow the software to work as intentioned. As soon as that happens you're pretty much on your own with no responses from the support team.

It's extremely frustrating as within a month I've spent over $120 on the platform and can't seem to get a single reply from a support staff. I'm continuing to be getting charged, but am not able to use my account because I need them to update an account. Yet, no responses, and I can't make any updates, so am just sitting here losing money.

Anyway, if you're a lucky duck and don't end up running into any issues, totally worth it. Would absolutely be 5 stars if the customer support would be improved.

These guys really helped me a lot when i required data analyst for my business. I connected their managers and explained everything in details what did I need and how fast their employees had to do a work for me. They politely explained me everything, all the details concerning our communication and cooperation, so I agreed on their conditions and they provided me with a group of professional data analysts, who really helped me a lot. I believe if once I will require data analysts once, I will definitely apply to this company because I have never faced something like this before.

I've cancelled the service on the month of July as it hasn't been working as it should. Asked for a refund and cancel the service, in the end, I got my refund. Now I've been charged again without permission! The recurring payments were not cancelled by them on their platform and I've been charged! Wrote them many times, no one is answering. Awful customer service as no one gets back to you and be aware that they charge you without permission!
