The worst - run!

Unlike normal Brooklyn Real Estate companies, their M. O. is to list apartments under market price and get as many applicants as possible - at 75$ a person - for an apartment listing. Bam - lots of dough for them, no apartment for you! Zero ethics. Find a normal company that gets one applicant - and maybe one more as a backup if that falls through - and takes the apartment off the market, instead of these unethical scammers.
