I have been with this company a long time wasnt happy. About a year ago the changed staff. I am a will call customer before new staff good luck since Carrie has been there I am loving the service I call she makes sure I get my delivery within a day or two even though it isnt my route day I have never been charged extra for off route fee. The driver tyler maybe trevor is very nice he brings my water in even replaces the one on my cooler! I would refer anyone here & have referred alot of my friends. Carrie is always helpful she got my bill straightened out after years of people before her making a mess. I love my local water company. Stop in ask for Carrie she will treat you great and you will be happy with the service, I am seeing bad reveiws fr this place for ro systems and softenors, when i asked for a price i was told its something they no longer sell or install but she did give me a number to another local company that could help me with that A+++++++
