Could there be anything worse than this

Could there be anything worse than this? I sure hope there isn't. The entire process was tedious, and the waiting time took weeks. That's only for getting appointment and. Initial consultation.

We can only wonder if they really understand what they're doing. They're mot even sure with their technology and has a slow process.
